#TrainForLifeEmpowermentCampaign Post 54: WISDOM - This morning when I was teaching I was thinking about how I could make better decisions in my life and the word WISDOM came up for me. I have been trying to pause more to notice what is driving my choices and influencing the way I respond to life. It is easy to slip into "head space thinking" only and ignore the whispers of your heart or the flip side, react from a place fueled only by emotion. I believe wisdom is that sweet balance of processing life in a more holistic fashion by trusting your head and heart to work in concert. Wisdom doesn't react... it takes it's time. It may even encourage you to pause until, "all feels good in your soul". Making the wise choice is not easy but I believe worth the extra effort. What does wisdom mean to you and how can you practice it in your life? Thank you Johnna Smith and Wanda Koch for making this post more meaningful. You are both talented and beautiful in front of the camera and behind it.
