Train For Life Empowerment Campaign Tip 43

Updated: Jul 26, 2021

Train For Life Empowerment Campaign Post 43: EMOTION - I have witnessed a lot of people struggling with sadness and depression lately which inspired this post. How do you process your emotions? An important question because emotions are powerful and can take you in many different directions in your mind. Emotions effect your health, self-esteem, mood, energy and can impact how you react and the decisions you make. So, next time you feel overwhelmed or emotionally out of balance take time to pause, to feel, to process and to practice self-awareness and self-care. Developing the capacity to better manage your emotional well-being is possible... not by avoiding how you feel but by dropping in to feel more deeply and to examine what is triggering your emotions. Self-discovery is powerful but you don't have to battle life's challenges alone. Reach out for help and count on the right people to show-up because they will if you have the courage to ask for help. To be sad is human, to show compassion for yourself is critical.
